FULL TIME VACANCY - PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK

 

A vacancy has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk working as part of a team in a busy office environment based in Goole. This is a full-time position.

 

The Role

• Entering Purchase invoices.

• Reconciling Supplier Statements.

• Making Supplier payments via Bacs.

• Track and reconcile bank statement lines.

• Liaising with Suppliers to resolve account queries.

• Filing and archiving company documentation.

• Month end reporting.

• An organised and methodical approach.

• The ability to work to strict deadlines.

• The ability to explain financial matters firmly and clearly.

• Good mathematical skills.

• A positive attitude to work offering flexibility, commitment and support in a changing environment.

• Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.

• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in recording and reporting.
